agent-sandbox 处在 sandbox lifecycle primitive；openkruise-agents 处在 sandbox platform layer，把 CRD、E2B API、Envoy route、runtime/CSI/identity 扩展组合起来；OpenShell 处在 runtime enforcement；agentgateway 处在 network/tool gateway；HiClaw 和 agentcube 是上层产品化编排；AgentScope 是应用框架层。

采用建议
- 做“Agent 运行在 K8s 里的基础设施”：先看 agent-sandbox；需要 E2B-compatible API、warm pool、路由和 runtime 扩展时看 openkruise-agents；需要 invocation/session 产品 API 时再看 agentcube。
- 做“安全私有 Agent 运行时”：先看 OpenShell，再看 NemoClaw 如何编排。
- 做“团队协作 Agent 平台”：HiClaw 的 Matrix-first 协作面比普通 Agent framework 更贴近人类介入。
- 做“工具/模型访问治理”：agentgateway 应作为 sandbox 外侧的流量控制点。
